Mary E. Evins, CPC, CPES, Founder and Chair of Evins Personnel Consultants
Mary Evins holds the distinction of being the only woman to chair any state's employment agency regulatory board. Mrs. Evins is a past President of the local personnel Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau and has served on numerous boards and committees with the industry's national, state and local associations; as well as chaired the National Ethics and Education Committees, established the first arbitration committee for the industry and served on the National Legislative committee.

Recognized as a leader in the personnel services industry. Mrs. Evins is designated as both a Certified Personnel Consultant and a Certified Professional Employer Specialist. As a long-standing member of the speaker's bureau, she volunteers many hours addressing high schools and colleges throughout the state.
